The boundary of the second portion thus transferred is a road running from the parish of Rattray on the north through part of the old parish of Blairgowrie to the parish of Bendochy, passing to the east of Rosemount.

The parish of Forteviot had two detached parts. Forteviot detached No. 1 was situated at Whitehill, and lay on the south-east side of the parish of Forgandenny. Forteviot detached No. 2 was situated at Hilton Junction, and lay on the north side of Forgandenny. The parish of Forgandenny was situated partly in the county of Kinross and partly in the county of Perth.
The following changes were effected:
(a.) Forteviot detached No. 2 was annexed to Forgandenny
(b.) So much of Forgandenny as lay south-west of the River May was annexed to the parish of Forteviot, the main portion of Forteviot being thus united with Forteviot detached No. 1. The portion of Forgandenny thus transferred includes the portion formerly in Kinross-shire.

The detached part of the parish of Fowlis-Wester, situated at Auchnafree, has been transferred to the parish of Monzievaird & Strowan. The part of the parish of Fowlis-Wester which lay in the basin of the River Bran was transferred to the parish of Little Dunkeld. The part of the parish of Fowlis-Wester which lay to the north of the Almond and in the basin of the Almond was transferred to the parish of Monzie. The detached part of the parish of Crieff at Auchilanzie, and all that part of the parish of Crieff which lies in the basin of the Almond were transferred to the parish of Fowlis-Wester. The effect of this clause on the main portion of the parish of Crieff was to cut off all that part of the old parish which lay north of the old parish of Fowlis-Wester and north of the watershed between Glenalmond and Glenturret, near Stonefield Hill.

The effect of the alterations on the area of Monzie is to transfer the parish centre to the part of the new parish which was the centre of population and of wealth. The new parish of Monzie is now situated in Logiealmond, and does not differ greatly in extent from the quoad sacra parish of Logiealmond.
(a.) Monzie detached No. 1 at Innerpeffray, and also the part of the parish in which the parish church is situated, were transferred to the parish of Crieff.
(b.) The part of Monzie detached No. 3, which lay south of the Almond, was transferred to the parish of Methven.
(c.) Monzie detached No. 2 at Auchnafree was transferred to Monzievaird & Strowan.

The parish of Tibbermore had two detached parts, both of which were wholly surrounded by the parish of Perth. Tibbermore detached No. 2, situated at York Place, Perth, was situated wholly within the parliamentary and municipal boundary of the burgh of Perth, and the greater portion of Tibbermore detached No. 1 was also situated within the same boundary. The effect of the Order is to transfer to the parish of Perth the whole of Tibbermore detached no. 1 and so much of Tibbermore detached No. 2 as lies within the municipal boundaries of the burgh of Perth, and to transfer to the parish of Tibbermore that part of Perth parish which lay north of the Scouring Burn and west and north of the west and north burgh boundaries.
